Choose La Plagne

Snow Sure Pistes, Family Friendly And A Great Selection Of Activities Set In A Beautiful Alpine Backdrop; Why Would You Go Anywhere Else?

Take your pick - Cruise down Blues or challenge yourself

The Ski Area

With 225km of pistes to choose from, or 425km if you include Les Arcs, you’re spoilt for choice.  Joined together they create the Paradiski Area, the third largest linked ski area in the world!  With a great selection of family friendly blues, snow parks, the longest Boardercross course in Europe and some excellent off-piste, La Plagne really does have it all whatever your preference.

Why not try some of the unique activities on offer; Airboarding anyone?

The Extra-Curricular Activities

Pulled by huskies, on a skidoo or soaring through the air like a bird there are a number of ways to explore La Plagne.  It boasts a large number of activities ranging from a snow shoe adventure up to the adrenaline filled rush of hurtling down the Olympic bobsleigh track!  Whether you want to be on or off the mountain it’s worth checking out what La Plagne has to offer, we can guarantee you won’t be lost for something to do.  New for 2024 is the Aerolive experience where you can ride the glacier gondola in the open air with no obstructions to the view!

Family friendly

With much of the accommodation being ski-in ski-out, or in very close proximity to the slopes it’s great for keen skiers and families alike.  Many of the nursery slopes and Blue runs can be easily accessed from central lifts so you don’t have to travel far.  Our Chalet Yogi is about as ski-in ski-out as they come!  Providing the perfect base for those who want to maximise their mountain time, or perhaps just want a convenient lunch stop..

While well known for its intermediate runs and nice cruisey slopes don’t let that fool you.  There are a number of narrow couloirs and daunting descents to challenge even the most daring skier who is after that untouched off-piste.  It is important to always adhere to avalanche warnings and off-piste is best explored with an experienced guide who can advise you on the safest routes.

Watch the sun go down with good company and good vibes!

While La Plagne isn’t known for its raucous nightlife it doesn’t mean there isn’t a good time to be had.  With Alpoholics kicking off the mountain Après party on Wednesday afternoon at La Bergerie and plenty of live music down in Bar La Mine there is something for everyone.  Especially as Bar La Mine has expanded this year creating extra room for dancers and bar stool dwellers alike!  You also might get lucky and catch one of our special events at La Bergerie; from fancy dress to rail jam’s and table dancing there is always something worth watching!

Plus La Plagne has one thing nowhere else has.. Alpoholics!  From the only BrewDog Honesty Bar in the Alps to our dedicated team of staff we’re one of a kind.  Check out our ‘How We Do’ video series across the site that showcases what you can look forward to experiencing on holiday with us.
