Alpoholics are looking for talented chefs with positive attitudes and a love of the mountains to be part of our team in La Plagne. You will design and cook a unique six day menu of outstanding quality, keeping high standards of cleanliness throughout the chalet, controlling stock and budgets and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will be adaptable and willing to muck in for the collective effort around the chalet and enjoy meeting new people.
Brief Job Description:
We’re after those with previous hospitality experience to be the beating heart of our chalets and ensuring that our famous addictive chalet experiences are delivered to the max by going above and beyond for our guests.
We’re looking for an experienced ski tech to take charge of our fleet of Armada skis and Bataleon & Lobster snowboards and co-ordinate the fittings in-house for our guests (you get to try all the kit out too!)
The successful applicant will have experience in fully servicing and fitting ski and snowboard equipment and ideally have the skills for any necessary basic maintenance in our six chalets in La Plagne.
